Whitchurch Men in Sheds is moving in to one room in the “Centre North East” (the building between the Fire Station and Whitchurch Swimming Pool). (This is allowed on the basis of a licence granted to WMIS on June 19th 2017.) The rest of the building will continue to be used by other groups as before. See the Whitchurch Men In Sheds website.
Initially we are seeking help with setting up the facilities.
Details of opening times will be posted on their website and at the centre.
Activities include woodwork, computers, art and crafts etc. Why not simply come along and have a cuppa and a chat, read a book or a newspaper and make new friends. You’ll be most welcome.

Whitchurch Men in Sheds is also working in partnership with New Horizons (North Shropshire) to eventually take over the building from Shropshire Council through a Community Asset Transfer.
New Horizons are a peer to peer support group for people with addiction. New Horizons will be meeting in Centre North East on Wednesday mornings at 10am, Fridays and Saturday evenings. For more information please contact Richard on 07474 390280.
