Canal Side is a family run business, adjacent to the Llangollen canal and part of the Sandstone Trail, Canal Side covers two paddocks situated on the Shropshire and Cheshire border.
Adult only site – sorry no children. The site is set in beautiful countryside adjacent to the Llangollen Canal and Sandstone Trail. A five minute walk along the towpath will see you at the famous Grindley Brook staircase locks. 39 Caravan/Motor home Pitches including 20 seasonal pitches in two adjacent paddocks.
A walk into the town of Whitchurch takes about 45 minutes. There are many country walks in the area, catering for the enthusiast or those who like a gentle stroll. The towns of Chester, Shrewsbury, Wrexham, Oswestry, Ellesmere and Crewe are all a short drive away.
