Sir John Talbot’s School are hosting their annual Summer Fair and Community Games this Saturday, 27th June. The event will be starting at 12 noon and have all the usual summer fair games, including a treasure hunt, archery. coconut shy, balloon pop and bouncy castles.
Once again a Minecraft Tournament will be running in the school hall, so come along to test your skills against other tactical students. The creative and building aspects of Minecraft enable players to build constructions out of textured cubes in a 3D world.
Sport Whitchurch are also coordinating a Community Games as part of the Fair. You can try out a new sport, if you like it you can join the club. Sports available to try out are:
- Hockey
- Rugby
- Football
- Tennis
- Ju Jitsu
- Biathlon
Having tried all these great activities, you can tickle your taste buds with something from the BBQ or a cooling ice cream.
