The Mayor and the Mayoress of Whitchurch Councillor & Mrs Tony Neville have regretfully postponed the Autumn Ball. There is a Relay for Life ‘Purple Ball’ on Saturday 29th September and realising that this is a very important local charity which raises a lot of money for such a good cause, Councillor Neville has chosen to postpone his Mayoral Ball until next Spring.
You are now invited to join the Mayor for a wonderful evening of food, drinks and entertainment to raise money for the Mayor’s charities on Saturday 16th March 2019. The Mayor’s chosen charities for 2018 – 2019 are:
- Midlands Air Ambulance
- Whitchurch Men in Sheds
- 79 Squadron (Whitchurch) Air Cadets.
After the food has been served there will be a charity auction and grand prize draw, all money raised will be divided equally to the Mayor’s charities. Followed by live music to dance the night away with carriages at midnight. All donated prizes will now be carried forward to the St Patrick’s Day Ball in March 2019.
Tickets are £35.00 per head or tables of 10 are £300. Why not get a group together for a fabulous night in Whitchurch and raise money for some wonderful local charities?
