Join us to learn the ancient art of macrame, this technique of creating a textile using knotting was originally crafted by sailors and is today mainly used for ornamental pieces. Our experienced session leader Elaine will guide you to create your very own Christmas Tree shaped decoration. You can complete this at home with your own embellishments if you wish!
We have 2 sessions, one at 10.00am and one at 1.00pm, both of which last approximately 2 hours. The morning session we are offering as parent/carer friendly, and we will provide an area with toys for your little ones to play with whilst you enjoy the session. The afternoon is aimed at adults only. Tickets are £10pp including refreshments and a sweet treat. Session will be held in the Foggage Room above the cafe which is accessible by lift.
