Gentle Yoga and Meditation Class

Welcome to Jenergy Yoga and Well Being! I am a qualified Yoga and meditation instructor and offer a range of beginner yoga classes suitable for all.

If you are interested in improving your mobility this class will help to improve your flexibility with gentle stretches. All classes can either be seated or on the mat so very inclusive.

If you are interested in improving your mental and emotional well being then this class is for you improving your relaxation skills for deeper healing.

I offer a guided relaxation with a sound bath, promoting deeper vibrational levels of healing , leaving you feel less stressed and calmer.

Using the power of our breath and gentle movement we activate the vagus nerve tapping into the core of our nervous system. Teaching the body techniques to destress and be reduce the feelings of anxiety.
