New Horizons is a peer support group for people with addictions. The volunteer-led group run peer support sessions on Wednesday mornings, in Sainsbury’s Barn community room and Saturday evenings in the Beacon Church rooms in St John’s Street. On Friday mornings they run a health and well-being group which concentrates on how people can stay healthy and fit and away from addiction.
All sessions are free, tea and coffee are supplied and the only thing you have to do is make the decision to go along and take a step towards recovery.
