Gentle Seated Yoga

Improve your circulation, flexibility, strength, brain function, balance, spinal mobility, maintain your vitality

This gentle class will help to mobilise your joints, gentle exercises to move through with breath and rhythm to open up your state of relaxation.

Enjoy a breathing pranayama (breathwork) and mediation as part of your class. If you haven’t ever meditated before, then try this class out and discover the many benefits it will bring to your health and vitality.

Please bring a bottle of water with you and it’s optional if you would like to bring a mat for a short mindful relaxation during the class or to rest your feet on.

Most people wear comfortable clothing you can move in. There is an option to sit through the whole class or stand if you wish to suit you.

Please arrive 5 minutes early if you are a new member to complete my class joining form.
